1 1/2 C. Soy sauce
1/4 C. Sesame oil
3/4 C. sugar
3 green onions
3 garlic cloves, minced
pinch red pepper flakes
3.5 lbs of boneless short rib, thinly sliced
Mix marinade all together in a gallon Ziploc. Marinate meat for at least 2 hours, if not overnight.
I pulled it out of the freezer, separated it by slices, and threw it all in. It was cold enough while it was defrosting to leave it on the counter.
Cook in skillet or wok, until done! Serve over rice.
Sorry about no finished product. We inhaled it.
