Creamy Tomato Pasta

#33: Taking two weeks of cooking to create a semi-homemade masterpiece. #SCP

Just call me Sandra Lee. But seriously.

I bought this fresh (refrigerated) pasta that was garlic, cheese and herb filled to try…and holy moly.

Just yes.


Cheese-filled fresh pasta
spaghetti sauce
2 Laughing Cow cheese triangles
1/4C. milk
Italian herb mix
tiny bit of butter
garlic powder
fresh basil

1. Boil water for pasta. These noodles take like 4 minutes to cook.
2. In a shallow pan, mix a sprinkle of garlic powder and herbs with cheese and milk. Stir frequently, until well combined.
3. Add 1/6C. of spaghetti sauce, to make it a light orange color. It will now look grainy, but leave the heat on low until it fully integrates into each other. To finish, stir in some fresh basil leaves. I bought a plant of it for 75p… Let’s see if I can keep it alive.
4. Drain pasta and serve. MM.
