I am a 23-year old that has big food aspirations. If I had a choice between making a sandwich or making noodles with a sauce that will take more than a couple minutes, I’ll choose the tastier, obviously more complicated option. Sandwich bread is not my fav.
The summer of 2012, I had an internship away from home, so that meant finding something to eat for myself. Of course, they were all complicated. Here’s [nearly] everything I eat (with credit, where credit is due.).
My lovely assistant, Justin, is my wonderful husband who also loves to be in the kitchen. He has been added to the blog officially. 🙂
